Well the sun is finally shining and that means that everything here at Hy-Hope Farm is growing like crazy! From the grass on the golf course
to all of the new fruits and veggies. The apple blossoms are just finishing up along with the plum and pear blossoms but they were absolutely beautiful this year and they lasted for over a week!
We have
just done our first major harvest of rhubarb for the season and some of it ended up in the freezer to be used in our homemade pies and some of it is already bottled up
into jam and out for sale on the shelves. We are looking forward to getting the shelves stocked back up with jam that we haven’t had in a while, and rhubarb is one of them. Next will be Strawberry & Rhubarb one of my all time favorites.
We also have a great selection of hanging baskets and planters to choose from so now that the weather has changed you can get out into your garden and add that splash of colour!
