At Hy-Hope Farm we are not just a group of people working together, we are a family. These people are intricate to our operation and no matter what their last names are, they are still family.
So if you are in the store, out on the golf course or in the orchard, make sure you stop by and introduce your family to ours.

Growing up farming with my parents, it seemed like the right thing to do. Baking came along later when I needed to stay home and raise our family. I’ve stepped back a bit in the last few years to let the younger generation step in.
Lisa Bibb
Baker
I was born and raised here and I love the farm and the people. I enjoy baking new goodies as well as our classics alongside my mom, dad and the rest of our family. When I have a little extra time I enjoy sewing and quilting, skills I learned from my grandma.

I was raised on a farm in Myrtle Station where I grew up in a big family. I’ve always enjoyed serving our customers and doing it with a smile. In my spare time I love to plant seeds for my garden and take cuttings from my house plants.

Hy-Hope Farm has been a great place for myself to work for the past seven or eight years. The family atmosphere at the course and the farm has made it very enjoyable to come to work. It’s always fun to challenge the golf course crew to top the condition of the course from the previous year. I think we’ve been successful in doing so each year I’ve been here. In my spare time I enjoy watching car racing, camping and flying small planes.

I love working with the animals on the farm and the satisfaction of the harvest after a long growing season. After long hours of hard work I enjoy a little fishing when I get the chance.

Golf Course Marshall
I have farmed all of my life and have been a part of Hy-Hope since the beginning. I now enjoy keeping people in line out on the golf course while taking in the scenery.
